Working with villa owners directly, allows our customers to easily find and book the perfect villa holiday accommodation for them. If you're a villa owner and want to rent your villa with a private pool in one of our 19 destinations across Europe, then you are in the right place.

We are an independent, direct-sell, UK-based villa tour operator with an ethos that will always remain to "provide great villa holidays at great value".

We currently operate in The Algarve, Corfu, Kefalonia, Cyprus, Crete, Rhodes, Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Mallorca, Menorca, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Croatia, French Riviera, Zante, Puglia, Sicily and Andalucia. We will continue to expand into all the major destinations where we find villas that are up to our standard.

We put clients comfort and welfare at the forefront of all we do and it's a company requirement that we work together with our experienced overseas in resort team, UK-based staff and owners to ensure that the client comes first and their expectations are not only fulfilled but exceeded. It's all part of the 'Plus' - we want to give the client more than if they were to go with a competitor in both quality and service. We want to make sure the client loves their villa holiday more with us.

We contracted our first villa in 1986 and started holiday lettings. It was always full, people loved how we cared for both the villa and for their needs. We quickly realised that if we offer better villas than other companies, our clients will have a better holiday, and likely to come back to us. This philosophy, along with the commitment to our owners and suppliers of making payments on time, flexibility and cooperation, have all been contributing factors to our success.

All our resorts have dedicated overseas in-resort team, primarily for the well being of our clients and they are always available to discuss any aspects of your villa and the day-today running of the programme. The team speak the local language and many have been based in those destinations for a number of years.

If you rent your villa with us, you will be working with a company that will make the process, from first viewing right through to the clients' arrival, as simple and as profitable as we can.

Whatever your reason for renting your villa, we believe we can offer competitive terms and great development plan for your property. We have over 30 years of experience dealing with owners to agree great deals for all involved and lasting relationships.

We also invest heavily with Google so that when people search for villa holidays and specific or related words, our website and villas will appear high in the search results.
  • The more popular and profitable your villa is, the more benefit to you, the owner.

A big reason why you should rent through us is the "Plus" factor that we recognise as our key selling point – the development and added extras we provide for the villa. We aim to provide the client with more free extras than any other villa operator, and what's more, it's at OUR expense. These extras – our unique selling points - can give your villa the edge against the competition which can ultimately lead to bookings, profit and repeat business.

In addition to the standard inventory (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, bedroom safe, and brick barbecue), we will also add:

  • Key safes (for secure key collection at the villa)
  • DVD and a selection of films
  • Table Tennis table (if space allows)
  • All weather pool table
  • Wi-Fi

Along with extras above, we also offer generous subsidies for owners wishing to install swimming pool heaters and air-conditioning. We highly recommend this as clients view this as an excellent unique selling point but please do ask for further details.

We can work with you on a partnership basis with other items such as alarms, security lights and satellite TV.

We work with our owners every year to ensure we are constantly improving the standard of the villas. For example, if bathrooms or kitchens are showing signs of wear and tear, or renovation is needed, then we are prepared to contribute towards these costs. Our long-term contract means if you make a significant investment in your villa then you will receive the benefits.

We will constantly work with you to make sure our villas are the best value on the market.

Many owners prefer a long-term rental contract and we’re happy to sign a 3-year contract with small increases each year. We find that many owners like to have the security of guaranteed income.

The rent level will depend on the location, style and size of the villa and also what servicing elements are included in the cost. All services such as pool cleaning, gardening, maid service and a weekly linen change are normally provided by our owners, although we can arrange these services for you if required.

Villas are usually contracted on a seasonal basis (end of March to end of October, depending on location) and with the commitment from Villa Plus to pay one set price. Where this guarantee is for a shorter period than the full season, an ad-hoc rate will be offered for those weeks not covered by the guarantee.

Please note, we are NOT an advertising medium where owners advertise their villa, giving commission on bookings generated.

If you would like to rent your villa with a private pool with us on contract, please submit the form in the “Contact Us” section of this page. We will review your details and be in contact with you shortly after to discuss the next steps. These include a visit and inspection of the property before propsing and offer and then contracting your villa.

If you have a villa with a private pool that you would like to rent through us on contract please get in touch. If a local letting license is required we can only accept villas where that license can be presented to our team or proof to show your application. We can advise on the local process.

Our local Resort Manager or our Contracts Manager will come and see your villa and assess the suitability. Please don’t be offended if we consider the villa unsuitable for Villa Plus clients!

Providing the villa meets our standards, Villa Plus will make you an offer in whichever currency you prefer (may be subject to provisos). The offer may depend on specified work or refurbishments that you have agreed to. You will, of course, be able to consider the offer and ask as many questions as you wish – our team will be happy to help and can send further information if required.

If you accept the contract offer then a contract will be delivered/sent to you to sign. Specified work and refurbishments will also be outlined and agreed at this time.

Once you have signed we will forward a the deposit (by BACS where possible) to the bank of your choice.

Once everything is in place, we will arrange to have photography of the villa done. We will also write the description and floor plans for the website and ask for your approval.

At the end of the present season, or early in the New Year, we will inspect the villa and make any recommendations or suggestions to you to ensure you have plenty of time to get any required work done. We'll provide you with a report on what work (if any) needs to be done in line with what we agree in your contract. Once that's all agreed, well keep you up to day on how that work is progressing.

Further to this, one month before the start of the contract start date, our designated representative will again be in touch to visit the villa to check if all work is proceeding on schedule. A dummy Health and Safety audit will be done to identify any issues and appropriate action can then be taken.
