As the UK’s leading villa accommodation provider, we put our villa owners and customers at the heart of everything we do. Established since 1986, you can be sure your villa management is in experienced, safe hands. Our clients’ comfort and welfare are of the upmost importance and it is a company requirement that we work together with our experienced in-resort staff, UK-based staff and owners to ensure that the client comes first and their expectations are not only fulfilled but exceeded in both quality and service.
We contracted our first villa in 1986 and started holiday lettings. It was always full, owners loved how we cared for both the villa and for their needs. We quickly realised that if we offer better villas than other companies, our clients will have a better holiday, and come back to us. This philosophy, along with the commitment to our villa owners and suppliers of making payments on time, flexibility and cooperation, have all been contributing factors to our success.
All our resorts have a dedicated overseas in-resort team. Primarily for the wellbeing of our clients but they are always available to discuss any aspect of your villa and the day-to-day running of the programme. The team speak the local language and most have been based in the destination for a number of years.
Villa Plus is professional, experienced and easy to work with. If you choose to rent your villa with us, we will make sure the process from contacting us to your first clients at your villa is as simple (and as profitable) as possible.

We will review your details and be in contact with you shortly after to discuss the next steps. These include a visit and inspection of the property before proposing an offer and then contracting your villa.
Villas are usually contracted on a seasonal basis (end of March to end of October, depending on location) and with the commitment from Villa Plus to pay one set price. Where this guarantee is for a shorter period than the full season, an ad-hoc rate will be offered for those weeks not covered by the guarantee. Please note, we are NOT an advertising medium where owners advertise their villa, giving commission on bookings generated.
With 360° campaigns including TV and Digital, we have the expertise, knowledge and resources to ensure we reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message and the right imagery.
We understand our customers and the premium content they require, so we partner with professional photographers so you can be sure all the imagery of your villa across all collateral is of the best quality.

Many owners prefer a long-term rental contract and we’re happy to sign a 3-year contract with small increases each year. We find that many owners like to have the security of guaranteed income.
The rent level depends on the location, style and size of the villa and what servicing elements are included in the cost. All services such as pool cleaning, gardening, maid service and a weekly linen change are normally provided by our owners, although we can arrange these services for you if required.
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Visit and inspection
One of our expert team will personally visit your villa to assess its suitability for our brand. We pride ourselves on selecting villas that will be perfect for our Villa Plus customers, so please do not be offended if we consider the villa unsuitable for our audience.
Step 3: Offer & Contract
If your villa meets the Villa Plus standards, we will make you an offer. This will depend on the specified work or refurbishments that have been agreed and can be made in whichever currency you prefer (subject to provisos). Our offers are always very competitive, and the team are happy to answer any queries you may have. Once you accept the offer, a contract will be delivered/sent to you to sign. Specified work and refurbishments will also be outlined and agreed at this time.
Step 4: Payment
Congratulations, you have signed the contract and will be renting your villa with Villa Plus. For payment we will forward the deposit (by BACS where possible) to the bank of your choice.
Step 5: Photography and Copy
Once everything is in place, we arrange for professional, quality photography of the villa. We also have a top team in place to write the description and organise the floor plans for the website, all to be approved by you, of course.
Step 6: Health & Safety
The health & safety of our customers and yourself is of the upmost importance. At the end of the present season, or early in the New Year, we will inspect the villa and make any recommendations or suggestions to you, ensuring you have plenty of time to get any required work completed. You will also receive a report on any work in line with what is agreed in your contract and will keep you up to date with our progress.
Further to this, one month before the contract start date, our designated representative will again be in touch to visit the villa to check if all work is proceeding on schedule. A dummy Health and Safety audit will be done to identify any issues and appropriate action can then be taken.
