Villa Balconet is located in the popular Javea area and a little over 5 minutes’ drive from the lovely Arenal Beach. The coastline also has many coves and miradors (areas of natural beauty) to discover. Javea has so much to offer and is just over 10 minutes’ drive from the villa. From the historic, cobbled streets and lively atmosphere of the Old Town to the plentiful bars and restaurants of the Arenal and the Port, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
