Located in between Pollensa and Alcudia, you have the best of both worlds - a quaint old town, with narrow cobbled streets, combined with a much livelier resort. Both have a great choice of restaurants and shops. There's also a long sandy beach in Alcudia, plus the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa within easy reach. Getting there
Location

Villa Can Xanet de Baix is a detached villa located on the outskirts of the Pollensa countryside, close to the popular and lively resort of Alcudia. The resorts' port, old town and centre are all with a 15 minute drive, but you can also easily reach Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa  by car. A huge choice of eating places, both traditional and contemporary, can be found in the local area, as well as a choice of fantastic beaches, golf courses and attractions.
