Kalamaki Beach is one of the main nesting sites for Caretta Caretta turtles, so why not try turtle spotting. The resort also offers many other engaging activities. Getting there
Location

Located on the island’s South coast, Villa Michaelo is within 10 minutes’ walk of the centre of Kalamaki, offering a great range of restaurants, mini-markets and souvenir shops. There are also plenty of traditional tavernas and lively bars that are open late into the evening. Home to many turtle nests, the highlight is the beautiful beach just 15 minutes’ walk away. Shelving gently into the sea, the golden sands are perfect for soaking up the sun or some active fun! Head to the crazy golf course nearby or the Formula Zante Go Kart circuit only 5 minutes’ drive away. Further afield, Zante Town with its wide choice of shops and eateries is 10 minutes’ drive away, or you can explore the Vasilikos Peninsula and its inviting beaches within 30 minutes’ drive.
