Location

Villa Vivian has everything you'll need for an relaxing holiday. Its countryside setting secures excellent scenic views, yet it's only a short drive into Kringa Village and a little further to the lively town of Porec. Kringa has a small shop for daily essentials, but venture into Porec for a wider selection of shops and restaurants. Heading south along the coast you'll come to neighbouring Rovinj, also well worth visiting. A variety of good beaches, attractions and local towns - including Groznjan, Motovun and Hum - are all within a short drive too.
