Alterations to a villa holiday

We understand just how important a holiday is to everyone, especially as we live in such busy times. A Villa Plus holiday is a great chance to take time to relax, recharge the batteries and spend precious time catching up with family and friends. We’ve been in business for almost 30 years and we know that this has only be achieved by looking after our customers and by offering advice and assistance when it is needed both here in the UK and, of course, in our many destinations.
We’re proud that many of our customers travel with us time and time again. They know that, as an independent tour operator, we can deliver a professional and individual service. Like all tour operators, there are times when things can go wrong and despite our best efforts, we are unable to provide the villa you have booked. This is usually always down to an unforeseen circumstance, such as unannounced building work, urgent maintenance work or an unusual event. Thankfully, these incidents are very rare, but when they do happen, our number one priority is to look after our customers.
Building work can, quite literally, spring up overnight with little or no planning permission required in holiday resorts. Thankfully, our experienced Villa Plus in-resort teams are able to monitor these situations regularly. Most minor refurbishments and/or maintenance work being carried out at other properties in the area would not affect your holiday, however, where we are aware of work taking place that may reasonably be considered as significant and likely to seriously impair the enjoyment of the holiday, we will notify our clients as soon as possible.
We want all our customers to have the best holiday, so if we believe that something will be detrimental to your stay, we will offer advice and an alternative solution. We believe it is much better to find out before you travel rather than at the doorstep of your villa! We are always honest and open with our customers and, whilst villas are quite often individual, we are nearly always able to find a suitable alternative for you. Our objective in these instances is to enable you to still enjoy your Villa Plus holiday even if it isn’t quite the one that you booked originally. Where this isn’t possible, we would always offer a full refund.
