The names of the slides give you an idea of what to expect – Raging Rapids, Anaconda Rapids, The Corkscrew, Crazy Leap. There are water attractions for all tastes, some quite daring and sure to get the adrenaline going – For a big splash try the 'Kamikaze' if you enjoy speed – it will definitely have your pulse racing when you slide 26 metres vertically to the pool below in only four seconds! Another water park to try is the 'Slide and Splash' based in Lagoa, not far from Carvoeiro – it's not the biggest of the water parks but quite popular with a variety of rides to suit children of all ages but you certainly don't have to be a kid to enjoy the rides! |
