The main entrance is at the rear of this Calan Forcat villa and opens directly into a small but well equipped kitchen. Adjacent to this is a spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors that open out onto the covered terrace and pool area.
A hallway leads from the lounge to the bedrooms. There is a single bedroom suitable for one adult or two children utilising a camp bed on the right, a double bedroom and, at the end of the hallway, a twin bedroom with dressing area and a door leading to the garden. Adjacent is a shower room and a bathroom.
The lounge and bedrooms at this Spanish holiday villa are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.
A brick barbecue stands by the pool area, adjacent to the kitchen - ideal for outdoor dining and an optional fence separates the pool from the villa. The pool is heated at no extra cost.
