This charming villa with private pool is newly built and equipped to a high standard.
Villa Cala Alcaufar is on one level. The open plan lounge/dining room is L shaped and connects directly with the kitchen; a separate door leads to the villa's back garden.
To the side of the lounge is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room and two further twin bedrooms, which share a shower room.
Outside, this holiday home has a shaded patio overlooking the private pool set in spacious, paved terraces and edged by lawn. To the side of this holiday villa is an area shaded by a pine tree, perfect for enjoying a barbecued dinner.
