Villa Plus has an experienced and knowledgeable UK Reservations team who are here to help
you choose the villa that best suits your needs. Each member of the team has knowledge of
all our featured destinations and regularly visit overseas to gain the extensive knowledge
and expertise they need to answer any queries or questions you may have about our villas or
destinations. Furthermore, our UK team specialise in two of our featured destinations, so
if you require detailed and particular information then we are confident that they can
provide it! Our friendly and efficient staff are available on the telephone to help find
your perfect holiday villa Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 9.30am
to 1pm.
When you arrive at your Villa Plus holiday destination, you will be welcomed at the airport
by one of our experienced Villa Plus representatives. Our overseas representatives are
unobtrusive and yet never more than a phone call away to help with any problems or queries
you may have. Your villa representative will then generally drop by your villa once or
twice a week to make sure your Villa Plus holiday experience is an enjoyable one. Our
representatives have lived overseas for many years and so are fluent in the local language
with a wealth of local knowledge. They are always on hand to advise you of the best places
to see and visit helping you make the most of the local culture and facilities.
Villa Plus does not hold any flight allocations with the airlines, which means our Reservation
staff can source and book the flights which best suit your needs. All of our air inclusive
holidays are protected since we hold a Air Travel Organisers Licence granted by the Civil
Aviation, which means you can book your Villa Plus holiday in the utmost confidence.
