Pool cleaner only turned up on day we were leaving to clean pool. Apart from that, very nice holiday. When we got stuck because of the volcano in Iceland, Villaplus staff were excellant and come to Villa to explain situation. They sorted us out in the Villa for another 6 nights and didn't take advantage of the situation to rip us off. Well done Villa Plus and we would definetely use them again!

We were absolutely thrilled with our holiday. The Pool was cleaned daily by a lovely chap and he even brought us tomatoes! The maid service was excellent, and we were suprised that they came so often. Your standards are very high and well priced. We would definately use you again. The playstation was a nice touch for the children too. Having holidayed extensively and used other companies like James' Villas, who were good, Villa Plus was even better.
