The old town of Alcudia is two miles inland and is certainly worth a visit whilst on your family villa holiday with parts of the town dating back to around 1300. There is a very colourful market which is held every Sunday and Tuesday where you can sample the traditional Mallorcan (Majorcan) produce.
Alcudia’s water park with its giant water slides, swimming pools, and three mini-golf courses is a great choice for a family day out on your Mallorca villa holiday. For those who enjoy a round golf then the Alcanada Golf club is only a short drive away.
Fiestas in Mallorca (Majorca) are taken very seriously and Alcudia has more than its fair share.
