VILLA LOCATION
Casa Delfin is located in the quiet residential area of Es Forti, a short distance from Cala Egos. The beach of Cala Egos boasts fine white sands whilst the hustle and bustle of the 'chic' resort Cala D'or is just a five minute drive away.
VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Casa Delfin is an attractive family villa on two levels. The villa offers a large private swimming pool for those lazy days spent soaking up the sun.

There are three bedrooms downstairs. The master double bedroom at the front of the villa has an en suite bathroom and boasts views out to sea. There is also a full family bathroom between the two twin bedrooms. Stairs lead up to the first floor bedroom.
On the first floor there is a further twin bedroom complete with a sitting area, and an en suite shower room. There is external as well as internal access to this area if required. This area has its own private roof terrace, a perfect spot for sunbathing or simply taking in the views.
The left hand side of the house is open plan with a large comfortable lounge area, a second lounge area and a dining area adjacent to the open plan kitchen. From the dining area there are a set of double doors leading out onto the back terrace.
The back of the villa is home to the swimming pool and partially covered sun terrace, offering privacy and seclusion. This is also a great place to dine al fresco. At the front of the property, there is a lawn for additional sunbathing offering lovely views over the sea.
