from you. This will include the names of anyone in the party booking, your address, telephone number, credit card
details and any other details that may affect your booking (e.g. disabilities, dietary requirements for the flight
or welcome pack, medical history etc.). |

| If a booking is made with Villa Plus, then the relevant details are forwarded
to anyone responsible for any part of your holiday arrangements. The information may also be provided to public
authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. We will not, however, forward
any of your details to any other person or company other than those already mentioned without your prior written
consent. In making a booking with us, you accept these conditions. |

for future use. If you do not wish us to retain these details, please write to us or e-mail us at
info@villaplus.com. Unless this office receives
a written request, the above details may be transferred to another company in the event of Villa Plus Limited being
merged or sold. If at any time you wish to know what details are being held or processed and to whom, we will try to
reply to you within two months from the date of request but will have to charge for this service. |
