| What's new at Villa Plus?
The Villa Plus 2007 season has finally come to the end, which means our overseas department and resort managers are busy carefully hand picking new villas for the 2008 programme and carrying out stringent quality control plus health & safety checks on all of our villas. This is to ensure that the quality of our holiday villas fulfil your expectations. Dennis O'Sullivan our Overseas Manager explains that:-
"Villa Plus uses a variety of ways to get owners
to give us the opportunity to rent their villa, from advertising to word of mouth.
Once we receive notification that an owner wants to rent, our local Resort Manager
will visit the villa. Here the judgement is made on the quality
and location of the villa. When choosing the suitability of a villa,
we have a simple code - if a villa is within walking distance of some action, we
will work with the owner to bring it up to the Villa Plus standard for example new
bathrooms, new kitchen and new furnishings. If the villa is in the country it needs
to be attractive." |
