As we were away during the time of the volcanic ash problem Nicola was very informative and exceptionally helpfull she kept in constant contact even when we left the villa and was moved to alternative accomodation by our flight operators. Nicola even offered us the choice to stay on in one of your other villa's if we felt the alternative accomodation did not meet our expectations. Nicola even contacted us on our return to the U.K. to see if we had arrived safely home and if she could be of any further assistance, all of our parties that stayed in the Antonia , Zeus , Marios were very impressed by Nicola's very proffesional attitude and personal attentiveness towards us. Nicola is an excellent representative for Villa Plus and all of us agreed that we would definately use Villa Plus again and would reccomend your company with confidence to others. Even the maintenance man who done the general repairs to the Villas was very friendly and was a joy to have around i shall miss our little chats as he even made our holiday very special. Well done and you really do deserve the name Villa Plus as you do go that extra mile in insuring customer satisfaction.
