The website, although informative, did not do justice to reality. The villa was spacious, well equipped and did exactly as it said on the tin. The staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful - the idea of posting their pictures to aid identification was a good one and added to peace of mind. The location of the villa was perfect, near enough to the strip for ease of access but far enough away for peace and quiet. An excellent holiday and we would recommend Villa Plus without hesitation.   

I shall certainly use Villa Plus again, the viila we had was excellent as was the service that went with it. It was all to a very high standard.

Thankyou for a Fantastic Holiday from the moment the holiday was booked right up until our return there were no problems what so ever. Ive never before been on an holiday were there as been some kind of problem until now! I could not beleive how smoothly the holiday and all the arrangements went. The Villa was Fab everything you could possibly need and lovely and clean. We had a small incident with the toilet not flushing in the down stairs bathroom but I phoned Tom who reported it to the owner and before we could blink they were there to fix it. Tom popped out to see us and he was great very informative about the area he didn't make a nuisance of himself but he was there if we needed him.The transfers to and from the Airport were bang on time no waiting about FAB. Villa Plus you have got everything Spot on.....Well Done and Thank you once again for a Stress Free Holiday.

Would have been helpful to have been told the electricity sockets were same as Britain. Exceptional service by the representative, minor problems were sorted instantly. Loved the key box outside as we were three families within our group. Would not even consider holidaying with another villa company as Villa Plus had everything which made the holiday perfect. Even down to the quiz in the villa file for a night in, which we made use of. Perfect holiday with an exceptional company!

Villa Plus Comments
Cyprus is rare in the fact that they are the same as us here in the UK having 3 pin plugs. This is mentioned in the holiday guide we send to you with your tickets. We are delighted that you enjoyed your holiday & thank you for your comments.
