The villa has heavy wooden doors, old clay tiled flooring, a traditional kitchen, spacious terraces and warm and colourful furnishings.
The ground floor of this holiday villa in El Rosario has a fabulous spacious fitted kitchen with breakfast area, utility room and pantry. There is also a cloakroom and a twin bedroom that has an en suite bathroom and terrace with mountain views.
The comfortable spacious lounge has a feature fireplace, access to a lovely covered terrace and a separate dining room at one end.
Upstairs is an unusual galleried landing, a twin bedroom with dressing area and en suite shower room and the master double with en suite bathroom and dressing area. The master bedroom is air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. Both bedrooms open out to an extensive terrace, with garden, pool and golf course and mountain views.
The large and attractive garden is terraced with many succulents, palms and cactus and the kidney shaped pool is set in a clay tiled terrace with shaded built in barbecue and seating area.
The cobbled driveway has heavy wooden gates and there is plenty of secure off street parking.
