VILLA LOCATION
Villa Livita is wonderfully located directly on the beach at Mijas Costa ten minutes drive west of the popular seaside town of Fuengirola. Local restaurants and bars are within walking distance and the small resort of La Cala is a short drive west and boasts a good choice of shops, restaurants and bars. Although a car is not essential it may be useful.

The master double bedroom has air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.
Villa Livita is a single storey property and the accommodation comprises of a hallway and cloakroom leading through to a spacious open plan lounge and dining room. Off the dining room is a well fitted modern kitchen and utility room.
There are three bedrooms; the master with a double bed, air conditioning and heating at no extra cost and en-suite bathroom; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom; and a further twin bedroom with an en suite shower room which also has a double sofa bed making it a family room for four.
Off the lounge is a sun room leading out to an extensive pool terrace which overlooks the beach, with steps leading directly down to the beach. Above the sun room is a further sun terrace reached via a spiral staircase. The gardens are all level with a multitude of plants, areas of lawn and private parking.
