| Villa Xenia is adjacent to our rental Villa Kiki a short walk from the harbour side village of Nissaki. This Corfu villa retains a degree of privacy, has a private heated/gated pool, and the bedrooms are air conditioned and heated. |

VILLA LOCATION |
| Villa Xenia is a good choice of villa to rent, with its own private heated and gated pool. It is located just alongside our Villa Kiki and large parties can rent both villas. The village and beach of Nissaki is a short walk away offering boat trips, a water sports jetty, tavernas and shops.

Villa Xenia is a popular, one storey, family Corfu villa comprising of a large open plan lounge /dining area, kitchen, a shower room, a bathroom and three bedrooms. The double bedroom and a twin bedroom have patio doors which lead out onto the front terrace and private heated/gated pool.
