Altis Park is a comfortable, spacious and newly-decorated series of four semi-detached, inter-connecting holiday villas plus one detached villa just a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Montechoro and Praia d'Oura's "The Strip". The villas are rented as one entire unit with exclusive use of the heated private pool and gardens.
VILLA LOCATION
Altis Park is in the mature suburb of Montechoro within walking distance of Montechoro Hotel at the top of Praia d'Oura's "The Strip" with its amenities and nightlife. The beaches at Praia d'Oura and Eulalia are a short drive. The villas are set back some 30 yards from a through road but benefit from double glazed bedrooms and are surrounded by a high wall.

In each villa, there is a well-equipped, modern kitchen with a window overlooking the front garden plus a small cloakroom. The large lounge/dining room has patio doors with access to the large, partly covered balcony overlooking the private pool and gardens.
The dining area in each villa has seating for six and another archway leads back to the kitchen.
There are two inter-connecting doors situated in the hallway between the kitchen and dining area. This will connect Villa A to B, and Villa C to D. Guests can therefore easily choose between privacy and communal living.
In each villa, a spiral staircase leads down to the lower bedroom level with two bedrooms that both have access to a small balcony from where a few steps lead down to the terrace and private pool. These bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom in each unit has air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.
The kidney-shaped private pool is surrounded by terracing and lawns with plenty of room for guests in all five units to relax in the warm Algarve sun. The private pool is heated at no extra cost.
