Casa Lena is at the end of a cul-de-sac, tucked away privately in one corner in Areias de São João just ¾ mile from Praia d'Oura beach with many shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife in the locality. Albufeira is 5 minutes away by car.

There is a small single bedroom with a television and a beautifully tiled shower room adjacent.
Opposite is double bedroom with an en suite shower room plus patio doors to the lawn and pool. Next is the twin bedroom with patio doors to the lawn and terrace.
All of the bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.
At the end of the hallway is the very comfortable, contemporary style lounge with patio doors leading out to the large dining terrace by the pool.
There is an elevated dining area off the lounge. The adjacent kitchen has light units topped with black marble worktops and access to the private rear garden.
Outside is a small, private garden with a shady palm and plenty of room for sunbathing round the heated pool.
