This holiday villa to hire is in the mature suburb of Montechoro. The Montechoro Hotel is within walking distance marking the top part of Praia d'Oura's "The Strip", with its amenities and nightlife. The beaches at Praia d'Oura and Eulaia are a 5 minute drive from this Algarve villa.

This Portuguese villa offers separate accommodation on both ground and first floors.
There are three ground floor bedrooms - two twins and a double sharing two bathrooms and a shower room. On this ground level, the access from one part of the villa to the other is via one of the twin bedrooms.
On this level this holiday home offers a lounge and dining room and a second dining room with patio doors out to a covered terrace, the garden and the private pool. Off one of dining rooms is a kitchen and off the other a kitchenette.
The first floor of this holiday villa let is accessed either via an outside staircase at the front of the villa or by using outside stairs close to the private pool and covered terrace.
This floor has two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
All the bedrooms at this Algarve villa have air conditioning and heating at no extra cost.
There is another lounge and a dining room with seating for six. Off the dining area is a small kitchen.
Outside, the private pool has a paved surround providing ample room for relaxing. There are also level lawned areas, and colourful shrubs. Mature hedging surrounds the rear grounds of this villa rental, with its covered brick built BBQ.
